Returns & Exchange
We want every little one in the perfect fit — here's how we make that happen
2-Day Window
We accept hassle-free returns and exchanges within 2 days of delivery. Reach out to us on Contact to start a return — we'll guide you through pickup and refund/exchange from there.
Condition
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
Damages & Issues
Please check your order as soon as it reaches you. If anything is defective, damaged or simply not what you ordered, tell us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
Custom Orders
Custom-sized pieces are made specifically for your little one and are non-returnable — but if the sizing doesn't fit, we'll happily alter it for free. Just let us know within 2 days of delivery.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund comes back as store credit, a gift card or a coupon code.
Reverse Shipment Fee
A reverse shipment fee of ₹199 applies to returns, and is deducted from your refund.
